The Reset Alliance runs Dragonflight every day at 6:30 CT (4:30 PT, 7:30 ET)

Dragonflight is good, quick fun that players of all levels of gear and skill can enjoy. It's a chance to get together with your alliance, slay and potentially make off with some nice loot. While anyone can join, there are a few important details you should be aware of to make sure it all goes like clockwork.

Overview: All Dragons Must Die

Our goal is to kill all of the dragons in the "Greed of the Dragonflight" event.

Every day, the Wizard in the Stronghold offers a quest to kill a specific dragon (Kathateo, Chrysos, Ekdos, or Oxuno). Which quest you receive is random, so we need to kill all of the dragons to make sure everyone gets credit. Make sure you pick up your quest before the event, as it will not be available after the event begins.

IMPORTANT: Do not select "Greed of the Dragonflight" when you are grabbing your quest.

Selecting the "Greed of the Dragonflight" option will starts the event. It does take a fair amount of guild marks to run the event, so feel free to reach out to the organizer and offer to buy a round of dragons for the alliance. If the organizer clears you to activate it, go ahead and start the event by selecting "Greed of the Dragonflight".

Everyone will start at either Red (Kathateo), in the large northwest circle in the stronghold or Black (Ekdos) at the southwest circle. After the organizer starts the event, a 60 second timer begins. When the timer is up, dragons arrive at all four locations. Unless you have a special role, you will fight the first dragon until it is at 10%, then move to the second dragon (red to blue, black to green). When the organizer says kill, kill the dragon you're at.

IMPORTANT: Do not leave the circular area where the dragon spawns when you have aggro! If the dragon follows you out of the circle, it will reset to full health. Stop casting any powers and wait for the Anchor Tank to grab it back before you move on to the next dragon.

Special roles: Kill and Anchor

Because we need to kill the dragons at the same time, a team will be left behind at the first dragon: Anchor (Tank) and Kill (DPS). The Anchor Tank's job is stay at the top of the dragon's threat list, stay alive, and stay inside the circle. The Kill DPS's job is to kill the 1st dragon when the organizer calls kill (or the 2nd dragon dies).

Generally, the organizer has Anchor and Kill set, but will sometimes ask for volunteers to Anchor or Kill. If you are confident you are able to fulfill the special role, please volunteer!

If you are not sure you can reliably Anchor or Kill, it's probably best to run with the pack from dragon to dragon.

Rewards: Fangs, Boxes and Bags

If all goes to plan, everyone will earn Fangs of the Dragonflight (good for stronghold weapons and dye packs) and a Dragonflight Suprise Bag. Rewards from the Suprise Bag include rough astral, dragon parts, Dragonflight gear, mounts and companions (I know person who had a paranoid delusion drop this way).

Guilds in need of influence are often excited to get strongboxes of influence. They may offer to give you keys if you donate the vouchers you receive to their guild. It's a nice win-win: more guild marks for you and more influence for them. Gem and surplus boxes generally aren't worth using keys on, so feel free to feed them to the mimic without opening them.
